Allyship in Action (1)

  • Have a proven track record of advocacy, action, and impact during the 25/26 Financial Year.

Assessment Criteria

What we are looking for in the entry:

  • Clear examples of how the nominee has actively supported gender equity initiatives—not just in words but in measurable, tangible actions.

  • Evidence of how their allyship has influenced positive change within their organisation, team, or community (e.g., improved policies, increased representation, mentorship, funding support, or visibility for women).

  • Demonstrates inclusive leadership by working alongside women and underrepresented voices, lifting others as they rise.
Acts as a catalyst for building inclusive workplace cultures that foster belonging, safety, and respect for all genders.

  • Allyship that is ongoing and embedded into their everyday behaviour, not performative or opportunistic.
