Executive leader of the year (2)

This award recognises Australia's best digital executive leader. Awarded to Australia’s most outstanding executive leader in the digital sector, this category recognises the importance of leadership in driving  driving digital transformations across an organisation and/or industry in Australia. 

Eligibility Criteria

 The person eligible for this award must:

  • Identify as She/Her, She/They, or They/Them

  • Reside in Australia

  • Be employed by an organisation with an Australian ABN with over 100+ employees

  • Be employed in a C-suite role or at the Director level, or equivalent

  • Influence or be accountable for digital transformation, innovation or digital engagement

Assessment Criteria

 What we are looking for in the entry:

  • Clear and concise communication of your role and purpose within the organisation (beyond the job title)
  • Success in establishing or championing the organisation’s digital vision and leading the delivery of that vision
  • Tangible results in achieving impact/transformation - we're talking about performance and results, not just transformation
  • Impact and influence in the digital industry - we want to hear about the work you do within your organisation and in the broader digital community
  • Demonstrated resilience and grit in the face of challenges
  • Demonstrated leadership skills including measures of performance, engagement and attrition
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and an appetite for learning
  • Active involvement in the digital community
