Digital Transformation  LEader of the Year (1)

This award recognises a distinctive business leader driving the transformation of an organisation through digital technology. For this category, we are looking for exceptional change, project and stakeholder management from the Digital Transformation Leader. We acknowledge that these projects and their delivery takes a team - this award champions the individual that leads and coordinates these efforts.

Eligibility Criteria

 The person eligible for this award must:

  • Identify as She/Her, She/They, or They/Them

  • Reside in Australia

  • Be leading a digital transformation project or program

  • The transformation project described in your entry must have been completed in the Australian market during the 25/26 Financial Year
Assessment Criteria

 What we are looking for in the entry:

  • Clear and concise communication of current and future state
  • Clear and concise communication of the transformation project - we want to hear about the complexity that required change, stakeholder and project management
  • Specific information about how this transformation project was executed
  • Real-world delivery and adoption of digital transformation
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and an appetite for learning
  • Active involvement in the digital community

Tip: When responding to questions, please provide as many numerical measures as possible - quantifying your success will help contextualise your submission for the industry judges.
