Growth Leader of the Year (1)

This *NEW* award recognises an individual delivering excellence in growth — spanning digital marketing, sales, demand generation, brand, content, performance marketing, and the strategies that drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue in the digital age.

Additionally, this award combines what was previously recognised as Digital Marketer of the Year with broader growth disciplines including sales leadership and growth strategy, reflecting the increasingly interconnected nature of these functions in modern organisations. Whether your work is rooted in data-driven marketing, brand building, revenue growth, or customer lifecycle strategy, this award celebrates those who drive meaningful and measurable growth outcomes through digital.

  • Be working in a digital marketing, growth, sales, demand generation, brand, or related role within a digital or technology-focused organisation or team

  • Have made a demonstrable contribution to the growth, acquisition, retention, or revenue outcomes of an organisation through digital

  • The achievements described must have been completed in the Australian market during the 25/26 Financial Year

  • Evidence of data-driven thinking, including the use of analytics, experimentation, and performance measurement to inform and optimise strategy
  • The effectiveness of the growth strategy in delivering measurable commercial outcomes — including acquisition, conversion, retention, revenue, or brand impact

  • Ability to influence business strategy and cross-functional teams through growth-led thinking
