Digital Experience Excellence (2)

This *NEW* award recognises an individual or team delivering excellence in digital experience - spanning user experience, customer experience, service design, and the end-to-end journeys that connect people with products, services, and organisations.

This award is a combination of what was previously recognised separately as UX Leader of the Year and Customer Experience Leader of the Year, reflecting the increasingly blurred and interconnected nature of these disciplines. Whether your work is rooted in research, design, strategy, or experience delivery, this award celebrates those who place humans at the centre of digital and drive measurable outcomes as a result.
